Jeff Mazzini Managing Director

Jeff has worked within the financial services industry for the past 40 years, holding positions at all levels including experience in managing large teams, sales and marketing, commercial lending, retail, risk management, financial planning, credit risk management and international import/export positions – both in Australia and overseas.

As a result of this extensive experience, Jeff is now consulting to many Financial Service Groups and assisting them to grow and prosper.

In 2001, Jeff realised his dream of starting a training company where he could utilise his wealth of experience to assist others wishing to develop themselves. Jeff’s strengths include a creative and visionary approach to business development – the real driving force behind the success and growth of AAMC Training Group.

Jeff’s focus has always been providing solutions to meet the customer’s needs. This, combined with his immense experience in people management, has afforded him the skills to build a passionate team at AAMC that strives to achieve excellence in service to its customers.

Jeff is a Senior sessional member of the Western Australian State Administration Tribunal and also an international speaker.

Bart Doull - Business Development Manager NSW

Bart has worked in the Retail and Financial Services industry for the past 20 years.  He has worked for large and small organisations including Coles Myer Ltd, Rams Home Loans, St George Bank, Wetpac, Bankwest and NAB gaining knowledge and skills in areas such as customer service, lending, reading and interpreting balance sheets and finances for entities including companies and trusts and business banking procedures.

Bart is experienced at identifying and solving client problems / needs and is dedicated to using the skills and knowledge he has gained throughout his career to assist other businesses to develop themselves and their staff.  At AAMC, Bart feels he can assist others to grow and exceed their expectations through the opportunities provided from training and education.

Michelle Firth – Business Development Manager VIC

Michelle Firth has been working in the Banking & Finance Industry since 1992. She has worked for companies including Homeloans, Macquarie Bank, ANZ Direct and ING bank developing her skills and knowledge in areas such as Investment Banking and Retail Lending to include the sales and sales support roles, business strategy, relationship management and product training for Mortgage Brokers.

She is extremely passionate about learning and feels that adult training allows individuals opportunity to progress in their current career or within other desired industries and avenues. This has lead Michelle to join AAMC Training Group as the Business Development Manager, VIC / TAS where she can form relationships and help develop businesses and individuals alike through training and education.

Wendy Miller - Sales Consultant

A skilled professional with 16 years of banking, finance, property and sales experience, coupled with her 4 years of managing her own business, Wendy is passionate in sharing her knowledge and skills with others with a particular focus on coaching and mentoring.

Wendy has had a particular focus on improving herself with education over her entire career and believes that self development is the key to success.  She has gained her Cert IV in Small Business Management, Cert IV Training & Assessment and also has Certificate III Financial Services (Tier 2 Specialist Deposit Products and General Insurance) and has now joined AAMC Training to fulfil her goal to enhance her life by helping others.

Wendy will look after all our valued customers in Queensland. 

Barry Doherty - Senior Assessor

Having spent most of his working life in the ‘people business’, Barry now likes to pass on his experience and general knowledge to others in the Financial Services industry. He has been a Licensed Finance Broker for some 28 years, following a career that encompassed Banking, Financial Planning, Real Estate and Insurance.

Barry views his role with AAMC as a very important facet in the education of new entrants and others in the Finance Broking sector that will ensure an improvement in the preparation of loan applications from which clients, lenders and brokers will all benefit. New processes have been introduced already and there has been a significant change of attitude from brokers in the manner in which they gather information.

With AAMC introducing a mentoring program, Barry has gladly accepted the task of being a Mentor to assist brokers through the early stages of their new career.

Tina Gangemi - Training & Business Manager

Tina Gangemi has over 25 years of Banking and Finance experience working within large banking institutions and small enterprises. 

In January 2006 Tina left big business and immersed herself in the small business sector as an independent finance and training consultant.  As such she brings first hand experience and empathy for the issues, challenges and rewards experienced by business owners and individuals operating in the finance sector. 

Tina holds formal qualifications including a Diploma in Management; Graduate Certificate in Business (Banking), Diploma in Financial Services ( Finance /Mortgage Broking Management) and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is currently completing her Masters in Business Administration. 

With a focus on practical improvement strategies, Tina is passionate about assisting individuals to improve their effectiveness, profitability and people performance though training and education; Tina’s philosophy is to ensure training is relevant and simple and that the emphasis is on improving skills and knowledge that have immediate results.

Lisa Ditchburn - National Administration Manager

Lisa has worked in the Banking and Finance industry, both in the UK and in Australia, for the past 25 years. She has held roles in administration and management for large and small organisations, gaining a wide range of business experience.

Lisa joined AAMC in 2004 and has assisted with and grown with the company over the past 5 years. Lisa now controls the administrative and finance functions whilst still maintaining input into the direction of the business.

Sandy Thompson - Marketing Manager

Sandy has worked in Sales and Marketing for the past 15 years, both in the the UK and Australia, working her way up to senior management positions within a global organisation.

Having been a stay-at-home Mum after the birth of her second child, Sandy returned to the workforce joining AAMC Training - initially assisting with the Course coordination area before moving into a Marketing role to assist with the growth and development of the company, both locally and internationally.

Amy Quigley - Course Co-ordinator

Amy began her career in 2003-04, working in customer service part time whilst finishing year 12 study. In 2005 she moved into full time employment in the administration/business area, completing a traineeship of Certificate III in Business whilst working in the social service sector.

Amy joined AAMC Training Group in June 2008 as the Receptionist/Administration Assistant. Since then her role expanded quite significantly from answering phones and dealing with general queries to arranging manual distribution and organization of certificate generation.  Amy now undertakes the role of Course Co-ordinator involving liaising with trainers and venues across Australia and working with corporate clients to meet their tailored requirements.

Rachell Tisdale-Jensen

Whilst completing year 12 in 2006 Rachell gained a Certificate II in Business. 

In 2007 she began working in the print industry as the Receptionist and digital print estimator, and then moved into accounts. 

Rachell joined AAMC in December 2009 working as Receptionist/Administration Assistant which involves dealing with general enquiries, ensuring that all course manuals are printed and distributed and the organisation of certificate generation.

Meremie Kingham - Desktop Publishing Manager

Meremie has 20 years Desktop publishing experience. She has worked for large organizations such as Merrill Lynch in London and South Africa where she also studied Graphic Design.

Having Freelanced from home whilst her children were still young, Meremie has worked for the past four years within the training industry.

Meremie utelises her skills to ensure that all training materials are streamlined and user friendly for both local and international students.

Blake Garvey - IT & Multimedia Manager

Blake has a Degree in Multimedia design, a Cert IV and Diploma in Interactive Multimedia as well as an Advanced Diploma in Art and Design (Animation).

Having done some freelance work whilst completing his studies, Blake has since worked for Registered Training Organisations and has been with AAMC for the last two and a half years.  

He manages AAMC's Online learning department, ensuring AAMC keeps abreast of all the latest technologies to assist students with their learning.
